A - We have an easy to follow 4 step process
Step 1 - Add your zip code to calculate pick-up fee based on zip code. If you want to drop-off then choose the very first option which is "I will drop-off my items"
Step 2 - Add your items to recycle.
Step 3 - Review the pricing quote (no hidden fees) and if you are happy with the price you can simply add your payment information
Step 4 - This is the page you will be directed to after you submitted your payment information. The most important is to print your receipt that you received in you email inbox after payment. Bring it along with your items for recycling. If you don't have a printer then just write down the receipt number (shopper ID) and say that you paid online.
