Our top priority is to make sure your information is not spread to the public. In order to do so we take the following steps:

1. Customers are responsible for the removal of sensitive data from their hard drives and other storage media before collection.
2. Government agencies and financial institutions, such as banks or lending companies, are required to remove information according to the standards set by the Department of Defense.
3. However, if you are concerned about protecting your identity and effectively removing your personal data, we offer a guaranteed and certified data removal service. Please note that this service is only done upon request at an additional cost of $15.00 per hard drive.
4. Once completed a certificate will be issued.
5. All of your company's asset tags are removed and destroyed during our process.
6. We know that simply reformatting your hard drives does not render the data irretrievable. All digital media is physically destroyed or electronically written over using professional sanitizing software, rendering recovery of your sensitive data impossible.
7. Our data removal/destructions are complaint with the United states department of defense standards and will ensure that your sensitive data remains confidential
